Did the witnesses who said he struck his head, notice any change in his responsiveness? Was he making sense? Did he later have difficulty staying awake?

Abnormality on neuropsychological exams. This appears to be clearly established. Why is this important? Because neuropsychological exams are an objective way to demonstrate that the brains functioning, has been changed by pathology in the brain.
