The NHIF has changed their name to the Brain Injury Association, Inc. Their new address is: They just sent me some information about their Brain Injury Resource Center. It is a computer system "created in response to the demand for more accurate, timely, accessible, and easy to understand brain injury information." Perhaps that would also be a helpful source for you
