Brain Injury Support

Question:
My brother was recently in a car accident and suffered a head injury. I am having trouble accessing the internet from AOL, but if anyone know where I can access in articles or information on brain injuries, physical and speech therapy after brain injury, etc. it would be of great help.

Answer: I don't get bills paid on time, I forget to send essential information to my insurance company, my filing is an absolute mess, the clutter is driving me crazy, I'm late getting my SSA application in... Sedra's and your thoughts on getting a business manager make a great deal of sense. If I had the money I would hire a 'housekeeper' (suppose Mr. Hudson is available??), but because I haven't gotten my SSA application in I don't have any money...

And one of the most frustrating parts is that people tell me I *look* very competent and intelligent, and nobody believes me when I talk about all this. Or they dismiss it as, well, yeah, everybody has trouble getting organized.

early Alzheimer's Disease or late-stage AIDS as well as brain injury. One PWC friend spends more time with a brain injury support group than those for CFS as so many symptoms and issues, at least in her case, are the same.

That makes a lot of sense. I'm fortunate, in that I'm not nearly as affected as other people w/ CFS. But it still really messes up my life. A friend who's very knowledgeable about brain injury is going to help me figure out some strategies.
