My friends husband was in a car accident while working and has a brain injury.?It is a workers comp case and EVERYTHING concerning his care and needs is a fight. They have a workers comp lawyer who they have had for 2 yrs this june and he has not gotten them anything. It seems like the lawyer is working for the other side. He rarely returns phone calls and is always defending workers comp. we dont know who to talk to in order to get anyting done. And after a certain amout of time you can not have you lawyer with draw. Does anyone know of someone who may be able to help?
